A fistula-in-ano is an abnormal cavity or tract in the perianal region with an external opening that connects to the rectum or anal.

  • Relevant blood and radiological investigation fitness for the surgery is taken from physician if necessary

  • Kshara sutra is changed weekly until the tract heals properly
